To strengthen the HR/IT team, we are looking for a Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM in Zurich Oerlikon.
Would you like to take operational responsibility for HR IT systems and actively shape the digital transformation of an internationally operating company?
As Senior SAP Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM, you will be the central point of contact for the European HR system landscape and work closely with HR IT teams in Poland and the USA. You will take functional ownership of the SuccessFactors platform in Europe and play a key role in ensuring stable operations, harmonization, and further development of the global HR systems.

HR Systems Operations
- Ensuring stable operation of the European HR system landscape
- Hands-on support of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (ECC, with future transition to S/4HANA), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP Concur
- Involvement in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, including incident, problem, and change management
- Ensuring smooth Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll processes
Functional Ownership & Configuration
- Functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors platform in Europe
- Hands-on configuration in Employee Central and additional modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
- Close collaboration with HR business units and IT stakeholders
Integration, Change & Partner Management
- Implementation of change requests from concept and configuration through testing to rollout
- Support and coordination of integrations (e.g. via SAP CPI)
- Steering and managing external AMS and implementation partners
Projects & Harmonization
- Participation and (partial) project leadership in European and global HR IT projects
- Active role in the global SuccessFactors rollout project
- Further development and harmonization of the HR system landscape
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, ideally configured from scratch
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR processes, particularly year-end activities, time models, goal cycles, and payroll-related processes
- Experience in operational system support, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support and ticketing systems
- Experience working with external implementation and AMS partners is an advantage
- Project experience in HR IT rollouts or module implementations is a strong plus
- Very good English skills are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a structured, independent working style
